Psychosocial counseling
The psychosocial counseling serves as support in the development of solutions and possibilities for change in difficult and decision-making situations. It includes numerous life topics such as work and career, life upheavals and reorientation, partnership and family, identity and meaning of life, stress and burnout, dying, death and grief, spirituality and personal development.
If desired, art therapy methods can be used on a case-by-case basis.
Art therapy
Art therapy offers the opportunity to give visual expression to feelings, blockages, inner images, processes, dynamics, resources and solutions. With my accompaniment and in a protected setting, the space is offered to deal with them. At the same time, creativity is encouraged, relief is provided and awareness is supported. Art therapy can be used as self-awareness and to work on specific topics. The focus is on the creative and personal process.
Creative training
The creative training serves to promote creativity and strengthen resources. Creativity lets us switch off and find ourselves. This distancing and simultaneous focus on the creative flow can have a liberating, inspiring and empowering effect on us. With my support, you can experiment with different creative methods, materials and techniques in the studio at your own pace. Various artistic materials are available in the studio on Spittelberg in Vienna.
